Gaming Floor and Machine Options

At our Brantford Casino location we run over 600 machines across the main floor. Guests move between traditional slots, video poker terminals, and multi-game units that let you change format without leaving your chair. Higher denomination machines are grouped separately from penny and low-limit games, so different bankrolls can play more comfortably.

Our video poker mix includes both single-hand and multi-hand formats, including Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, and Bonus Poker. Multi-game terminals usually carry 8 to 12 titles on one screen, switching between slots, video poker, and keno with a few button presses. Heavily played games sit close to main walkways and restrooms, while the newest units are placed in prominent spots and reviewed every quarter based on performance.

All machines run on ticket-in, ticket-out systems, so there are no coins in play. You feed cash or a printed ticket to start, and when you cash out the machine prints a new ticket. That ticket can be redeemed at kiosks or directly at the cashier cage. Denominations start at pennies and move up to $25 per credit. On multi-denomination games you can adjust your stakes without giving up your seat.

Progressive jackpot values are clearly displayed on qualifying games. Some are standalone progressives that build on a single machine. Others are linked banks where several units share the same growing prize. Wide-area progressives connect with other properties and can reach six-figure pools, subject to local regulations.

Table Games and Dealer Operations

On the table side we host roughly 55 live games, with Blackjack, Roulette, and Texas Hold’em as the core mix. Our Blackjack tables use 6-deck shoes, with standard 3:2 payouts on natural Blackjacks. Table minimums are not fixed: during weekday afternoons limits are usually lower, then move up through Friday to Sunday evenings when the room is busier.

Guests will find both American double-zero and European single-zero roulette wheels on the floor. Betting covers the usual inside number picks and outside propositions, and maximum payouts are capped per spin under property rules. For accuracy and fairness, our dealers rotate off their tables about every 40 minutes.

Texas Hold’em tables on the main gaming floor are house-banked rather than player-versus-player. You play your hole cards with the community board against the dealer hand, with the house settling each result.

Poker Room Access and Tournaments

Our dedicated poker room is located on level two of the property. Regular hours are Monday to Thursday from 12PM to 4AM, with an earlier start at 10AM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We use professional dealers at every table, automated shufflers, and a digital waitlist supported through the Poker Atlas app.

To join a cash game list you can call the poker pit directly at 519-757-3306 or add your name through the mobile app. Players who do not check in for 90 minutes are removed to keep the list current. The queue updates in real time as seats open, and we always follow registration time rather than physical presence at the desk.

Cash game stakes adjust based on actual demand during the day or evening. Rake is collected under Ontario charity casino rules, with capped amounts per hand depending on pot size.

We currently run two jackpot programs in the room: a local Bad Beat Jackpot, and a Multi-Destination Jackpot shared with Pickering Casino Resort and Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto. For the Bad Beat, the losing hand and the winning hand both need to use both hole cards and must meet the posted minimum hand ranks. The Multi-Destination jackpot can trigger randomly during eligible hands, with prize pools shared across all participating properties.

Tournament offerings change from week to week. Structures and buy-ins are posted at the poker room desk and on our property websites. Registration usually opens 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time, and late registration is available for several levels, typically between three and six depending on the format.

Operating Hours

The main gaming floor is open 24 hours a day, every day, with no planned shutdowns for holidays or regular maintenance. Slots and table games stay available around the clock. Dealer rotations, chip fills, and machine servicing are scheduled so they do not disrupt play at neighbouring games.

The poker room follows its separate timetable: Monday to Thursday from noon until 4AM the following day, and Friday through Sunday from 10AM to 4AM. These extended weekend hours help support poker tournaments and higher late-night cash game demand.

Getaway Restaurant currently operates on a focused dinner schedule, offering service Friday and Saturday evenings from 5PM to 9PM. Menu and seating may be adjusted based on reservations. Walk-in guests are seated based on real-time occupancy. We are not serving breakfast or lunch right now, with our kitchen team concentrating on peak evening periods.

Entry to the facility is subject to Ontario age requirements. Security staff check government-issued identification at our access points, using electronic scanning for verification. Guests should keep ID ready when approaching the entrance.

Dining at Getaway Restaurant

Getaway Restaurant is located inside the casino complex and offers full-service dining. Orders are prepared to order in our kitchen and brought to your table by our service team, who also handle payment at the end of your meal. Seating options include booths for groups, standard tables, and bar-height counters for quicker visits.

At present we open for dinner on Friday and Saturday from 5PM to 9PM only. To reserve, call the main property lines listed above and request a booking with Getaway Restaurant. Walk-in guests are welcomed when space allows. Our menu changes seasonally, but we keep a core selection of dishes throughout the year.

Outside restaurant hours guests have access to vending machines and beverage stations on the gaming floor, offering snacks, soft drinks, and coffee so you can grab something without leaving the action for long.

We accept cash and major credit cards. Gratuities are not added automatically, and tipping follows standard Canadian practice, with suggested percentages shown on printed receipts for convenience.

Ownership and Brand Background

Elements Casino Brantford is part of the Great Canadian Entertainment family of properties. The same operator manages several Ontario locations, including sites in Milton, Hamilton, and Elora. This shared structure allows us to align marketing, player rewards, and operating standards across each casino.

The property previously operated as OLG Casino Brantford before taking on the Elements Casino brand. Before that, we were known as Brantford Charity Casino, and the charity-focused structure that started there remains in place today.

As a charity casino, eligible proceeds from gaming activities help support local charitable organizations, under Ontario’s regulatory framework. The model differs from commercial casinos, where revenue is directed primarily toward private shareholders, and we keep this community connection in mind when planning operations.

Great Canadian’s portfolio approach also means we can support cross-property promotions and shared jackpot pools. Players at Elements Casino Brantford are included in Multi-Destination jackpots that combine contributions from sister properties, which can result in larger shared prize pools when a qualifying win occurs.

Directions and Transportation

Our address at 40 Icomm Drive places Brantford Casino in a commercial zone close to major roadways. Guests driving from Toronto typically travel westbound along Highway 403, exit at Wayne Gretzky Parkway, and then follow directional signage to the property. Those arriving from Hamilton usually approach eastbound on Highway 403 and use the same exit.

Public transit options depend on current Brantford Transit routes serving Icomm Drive. Schedules and stops can shift during the year, so we recommend checking municipal transit information before a visit. We do not run dedicated shuttle services from nearby cities or hotels.

Parking is located next to the main entrances, with a mix of surface spaces and covered spots where available. Parking is complimentary for casino guests, and spaces are allocated on a first-come basis. There are also designated areas for oversized vehicles such as RVs and buses.

We sit within walking distance of other local attractions, including the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts. For guests planning an evening out, the walk between the casino and nearby venues typically ranges from about 5 to 15 minutes depending on the route.
